Belt Line Emergency Sink Hole Repair

This project involved stabilizing a sink hole that occurred adjacent to Belt Line Road just south of I-20 in Grand Prairie, TX. The hole was approximately 50 feet wide and 30 feet deep with one edge located at the curbline of this six lane thoroughfare. Immediate response was needed to prevent the collapse of one of more lanes of this vital traffic artery. Construction was also complicated by the presence of two fiber optic cables that crossed the sink hole.

Corn Valley Emergency Sink Hole Repair

This project involved stabilizing a sink hole that occurred adjacent to Corn Valley in Grand Prairie, TX. The hole was approximately 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep with one edge located at the curbline of this four lane thoroughfare. Construction was also complicated by an eight inch high pressure gas line that crossed the sink hole.

Emergency Removal and Repair of Precast Concrete Panels at Skylink Elevated Tram


Tx DOT Spur 408 Emergency Bridge Repairs

This project consisted of replacing a section of damaged concrete bridge railing and bridge deck. Much of the work was performed utilizing the cantilevered work platform shown in the above picture.
 
 

Grand Prairie / Main Street Drainage Improvements

This was an emergency project that we were awarded on 2001 to help correct a flooding problem in Grand Prairie's central business district. It involved removing concrete work that Ed A. Wilson had installed in the 1960s.
